Amount: $500
You must:
- be a member, spouse, son, daughter or legal ward of a member of a Canadian Local of the Operating Engineers
- be a full-time student at a recognized public Canadian college or university in any discipline leading to a diploma, certificate or degree
- provide a high school transcript and a letter of recommendation from a person with personal academic knowledge of the candidate
- submit a 1,000-word essay on the impact of being a member or a dependant of a union member
