IUOE LOCAL 115

Local 115 of the International Union of Operating Engineers represents over 10,000 skilled workers in construction, road building, transportation, mining, aviation and various industrial sectors throughout British Columbia and the Yukon, and is part of one of North America’s largest and longest-established trade unions.

BUILDING PRIDE

The things we have built and the services we provide touch the lives of our fellow citizens every single day. The products of IUOE labour include transportation corridors and projects like the Golden Ears Bridge, Olympic venues, Canada Line, Delta Port Expansion, the Port Mann Bridge and South Fraser River Perimeter Road projects, and BC Place roof replacement. We’ve worked on the mines and pipelines that enable us to develop our vast natural resources, the hydroelectric facilities that fuel our industries and light our homes, and the waste management and other services that make daily life comfortable and safe.
